As the final step in the Formal Admission process, a candidate will need to sign and complete important paperwork to finalize the commitment to completing the Teaching Excellence program. These documents include: 

  • All Candidates:

    • Teacher Agreement

    • FERPA Acknowledgment

  • ACP Candidates (those seeking certification): ​

    • Commitment to Completion

    • Cost Verification


Candidates will be sent these documents to be signed through Docusign. They will arrive in the form of an email with a link to apply your electronic signature.
