eghan believes that leveraging efficient systems and organizational best-practices allows nonprofits to better achieve their missions with limited resources.  She started at Teaching Excellence as the ACP Coordinator in 2015, and became the Manager of Certification in 2016. In the future,. she hopes to pursue her PhD. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology in order to contribute to the knowledge-base that helps organizations improve their effectiveness.
 
A proud Rice University alumnus, she serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Rice Center for the Study of Women, Gender, and Sexuality as well as on the Young Alumni Committee of the Rice Annual Fund. She enjoys spending time with her cat Sabrina and enjoying all of the diverse and affordable food that Houston has to offer.​
